Gamers looking to get their hands on Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be able to do so since the game will receive a beta.  Announced during Capcom’s press event in which they showed off their key titles for the first half of 2012, the Operation Raccoon City beta will launch sometime in early 2012, presumably before March and the March 20 release date of the game.

In the past few months we have yet to see anything from Resistance 3 to overwhelmingly disappoint us.  There have certainly been a few moments that led us on a path of worry such as the somewhat noticeable reduction in the blood/gore effects when certain Chimera types are killed, but so far Resistance 3 appears to be the game that Resistance 2 should’ve been.  After some folks were lucky enough to get their hands on the single-player demo that was released with Battle: Los Angeles or was made available on the Hong Kong PS Store for a brief moment of time, we will now all be able t

Being just over a month away from release, Sony and Zipper Interactive have finally begun to push SOCOM 4 a little bit by revealing a brand new multiplayer mode along with giving us our first details on the upcoming beta, including the much sought after start date.  We’ve already seen what SOCOM 4 has to offer on the multiplayer front as the game is featuring the basic modes (Uplink, Last Defense, Suppression) – all of which are sans vehicles of course since that didn’t go over too well back

I was able to get in some serious playtime during the most recent beta phase of Rift: Planes of Telara and I have to say that I was rather impressed. Previous I had the opportunity to play this game at PAX Prime in September and was greatly underwhelmed; even disappointed. Well, I can tell you the folks over at Trion Worlds have done a great job of polishing that turd since then. Although there are still some issues, as expected, I am not kidding when I say this game is good enough to be in the top 3 MMO's on the market when it launches.
