Combine Dance Central With Basketball And The Result Is NBA Baller Beats

It may still be too early to tell, but 2012 may be the redemption year for the Kinect. I know things may not have gotten off to the best start as Star Wars Kinect was laughable, but the rest of 2012 may give us the goods; and by goods I mean by providing barely passable games with maximum opportunities to snicker and act like a complete fool in the company of friends.

Kung Fu Factory (Supremacy MMA Devs) Reveal Girl Fight

I don’t know if this concept has the potential to be entertaining or will simply move back certain advancements the video game industry has made, but today developer Kung Fu Factory and publisher Majesco have announced Girl Fight, a new PSN/XBLA title.  No, Girl Fight isn’t a video game adaptation of Michelle Rodriguez’s debut film so this won’t be Fight Night Champion: Ladies Edition.

BloodRayne: Betrayal [Review]

Overall Feeling:

Betrayal feels like a positive move forward for the BloodRayne series overall, but the game itself doesn't go far enough to buck with the game's middling past. The art and concept are brilliant, but the actual feel of the game and combat system do leave something to be desired.

The Pros:

+Side-scrolling is a great new direction for the series.

+The art is unique, and eye-catching.

+Shorter/Downloadable title seems a better place for BloodRayne.

The Cons:

-Ridiculous scoring system.

-Lack of tutorials/guidance.

-Very mediocre revamp of an already middling game-series.

A couple of weeks back saw the return of Bloodrayne. The good news is that it is a far departure from the previous games and movies (if you were a fan of either, I'm sorry for you). The bad news though is that it doesn't bring anything all that compelling on interesting to the table.

Majesco Announces A Kinect Wrestling Game Starring Hulk Hogan. (This Isn't A Joke)

Since so many people wanted it, I’m sure at least five people sincerely did, Majesco Entertainment has announced Hulk Hogan’s Main Event, a brand new wrestling game exclusively for the Microsoft Kinect.  After giving us Zumba Fitness last year, I guess Majesco felt they ought to cater to the hardcore market a bit by giving us a bit of wrasslin' action, even if it features an extremely dated icon that hasn’t had any glory moments since 1995.

First Footage Of Bloodrayne: Betrayal Shows A Potentially Bloody Good Action Romp

Most of us may be sick and tired of seeing vampires in movies or TV shows since as of late they haven’t been depicted that well. Instead of being outright menacing, vampires these days have become to be known as overly romantic creatures that sparkle in the daylight. What the hell?

Bloodrayne: Betrayal Premier Image Is Interesting To Say The Least

Last month something cool happened: it was announced that the Bloodrayne franchise was making a comeback.  Sure, a game starring a redhead buxom half human/half-vampire femme fatale may not be the game for everyone, but the Bloodrayne games for the PS2 and Xbox back in the day were fun, therefore there was some general excitement for Bloodrayne: Betrayal.  Aside from the lingering Bloodrayne fans being excited for Rayne’s return (that’s her real name btw), a lot of people were also excited about the project since side-scrolling specialists WayForward (Contra 4) are handling the de

After A Long Absence The Bloodrayne Franchise Is Back In Bloodrayne: Betrayal

Since vampires are still hot these days, Majesco is resurrecting the long dead Bloodrayne franchise in a new game set for the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. This marks the first time we’ve seen a new Bloodrayne game pop up since the 2004 released Bloodrayne 2, which was a solid game despite developer Terminal Reality having to scale back the scope of the project.
