Terminator Salvation is a worthy installment of our favorite robot apocalypse film franchise (movie review)

Overall Feeling:

Terminator Salvation is a worthy installment of the series that expands upon the core mythology while filling us in on some of the unanswered questions we had. The story definitely isn't as deep as the first two Terminator films but the action and unique style help the film overcome any issues it has.

The Pros:

An amazing performance by Sam Worthington as Marcus and good performances from Christian Bale and the rest of the cast. Solid action that despite the PG-13 rating still has an impact and sense of danger to it. The art direction and visuals really take the movie to another level and help make it unique.

The Cons:

The story isn't that deep. Some people may be letdown by certain elements of the film perhaps due to having their expectations too high.

One of the most iconic action/sci-fi series to have been released in the last 25 years is the Terminator franchise.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson could soon be a submarine captain

After stepping out of the squared-circle in favor of doing movies it seems like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson could be stepping into his biggest role yet. After starring in a variety of action, comedic and family friendly roles it seems like Dwayne is ready for a more serious role as he is rumored to have been cast in Disney’s upcoming 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Captain Nemo.
