Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time Receives Price Cut + Demo Planned

It may be the start of the new year but we’re fast approaching that period in which half a dozen hotly anticipated titles are set for release within weeks of each other. Obviously such a thing will put gamers in a difficult dilemma as they figure out which title should receive their hard earned money and which one will be put off until it eventually reaches the bargain bin.  Thankfully Sony is doing us all a solid by slashing the price of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, the much awaited PS3 debut of the Sly Cooper franchise.

Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time Joins The 2013 Crowd [Update]

He may be able to sneak past officers of the law and pull off elaborate heists, but even Sly Cooper can’t evade the always dreaded occurrence of a game delay. Sly Cooper Returns To The PlayStation 3 This Fall

I’m rather fond of quite a few PlayStation brand exclusives, but one series that has always struck a chord with me was Sly Cooper.  The cell-shaded visuals, perfect mix of platforming action with other elements, and the rather cheeky heist caper tone has always left me with a huge grin on my face while playing any of the Sly games, even the less than stellar third one.  Back in 2010 I was definitely a happy gamer when Sony released the Sly Collection as it was a perfect HD upgrade of the first three games.
