It looks like tonight I’m doing a super-late edition of our evening meet-up friends. But don’t you fear, a new TL;DR is here! Also, that rhymed, so I should get bonus points. In today’s TL;DR I recap a couple of things that broke my little fan boy heart: Sonic 4 is apparently not getting a third episode, and Xbox Live was killing achievements through-out the day. The good news? Mr. Schafer has wrapped up his quest to fund a new adventure game with a cool 3.3 million.

Sega Suite [GDC 2012]

GDC is officially underway, and while Ian and I have already had opportunity to check out several interesting thing, as the site’s resident fanboy for Sega, I’ve decided to talk first about their suite that was set up off-site at this year’s GDC. Sega came out with a whole host of new titles to try out during their showcase at GDC this year, and below I’m going to dive in and talk about some impressions of the games I had an opportunity to check out, starting with the follow-up I’ve been waiting quite some time with: Sonic 4 : Episode II.

TL;DR - Feb 24 - ME3 in a Tree, Sonic 4, and MK Komplete

First of all, a very happy Friday to everyone! This week felt like a long one, but we made it! Today’s TL;DR features a whole plethora of new gaming trailers. But before we get to that, the news today focuses on Sonic 4: Episode 2’s co-op, Mass Effect 3’s early copies getting stuck up a tree, and Mortal Kombat receiving a Capcom-esque ‘Komplete’ edition.
