Indiana Jones Plays Uncharted 3 In This New Commercial

A major amount of cash must have been handed over since none other than Indiana Jones himself, Harrison Ford, was tapped for an Uncharted 3 TV commercial.  The iconic actor who played the aforementioned Indiana Jones and the always badass Han Solo in the original Star Wars trilogy lent his services, likely at a hefty price, for a Japanese Uncharted 3 commercial. Yes, somehow SCEJ trumped both SCEA and SCEE in the marketing department since they got Indiana Jones to star in a goddamn Uncharted 3 promo.

As a gamer I don’t remember a lot of commercials from my early days of gaming in the 1990s. The only commercial I remember a lot was that awesome live-action Mortal Kombat II vid that even by today’s standards is still pretty good. But if I was a young eight year-old lad who saw a commercial for the Super Game Boy that featured a graffiti artist and a ridiculous beat, I think it would’ve stuck with me. So why didn’t I remember such a thing? It’s simply because Nintendo shelved an amazing commercial.
