This movie is currently playing in Frightfest over in the UK and I'll be interested to see if this movie makes it over to ourside. The movie is about a respected Siamese Twin surgeon who wants to graft humans together by removing their kneecaps and attaching them by mouth-to-anus, to form a human centipede. He kidnaps two american girls and a Japanese man and begins the transformation, teeth removal, and buttock/mouth moulding to create his creature, aka, the First Sequence. There is no trailer online yet but I will put one put when one becomes available. Here's a couple of movie stills.

When i watched a trailer for this this other day i thought this was just some fan made parody of some movie, turns out its fucking real XD
