This may be a double whammy of “who cares?” news but today Sega revealed some Aliens vs. Predator content for PlayStation Home. Sega is keeping this initial batch of Home content simple as users will be able to purchase Home costumes for the Alien, Predator and Colonial Marines. Sadly we’ll have to wait a little while longer before the chestburster t-shirt and Alien Hive apartment become a reality.
If you want to get your AvP fandom on then you better act quick as the costumes will only be available in the Thread Store until March 31st. Knowing the loyal AvP fanbase I’m sure everyone will snag these costumes up immediately since they’re available to purchase now for European PS3 owners.
I know most of us here on Shogun aren’t big fans of Home and some downright hate it but you can’t deny that there’s something awesome, merely in a goof factor sort of way, about walking Home dressed as a Predator. If the Predator costume had a invisibility feature or a head & spinal cord accessory that alone would probably justify the existence of Home for many users out there.
