Sure, the teaser Capcom Europe dropped earlier this week on Twitter didn’t turn out to be a massive dud. When a Limited Edition version of Dead Rising 2 is announced and it’s a European exclusive then I guess that does deserve a fair amount of hype and excitement. But I still think Capcom gets a major kick out of making teaser announcements and watching the collective gaming community squirm with anticipation and pontificate on countless forums.
Just when we thought the Capcom teases were over, we’re greeted with yet another one. Capcom will be one of the many video game companies appearing at the San Diego Comic Con, but unlike others they’re having an actual panel. Besides showing trailers for upcoming games such as Marvel vs. Capcom 3 the panel will also feature an announcement of a brand new game. What’s interesting is that Mega Man creator and Capcom honcho Keiji Inafune will be the one making the announcement.
Obviously the conclusion most may jump to since Inafune is making the announcement is that it’ll be a new Mega Man game. While that’s a possibility I wouldn’t rule out something completely out of left field as Inafune did create Dead Rising and oversees most of the games developed by Capcom Japan. So once again we have no clue what Capcom will announce thus everyone’s hype will be at an astronomical level only to be crushed when the announcement is finally made.

To tell you the truth I really hope its a new Mega man Legends. Keliji keeps on saying he wants to make a sequal to Legends. He even said Mega man Legends was his favorite game. Please let this happen!
Couldn't agree with you more, that and maybe releasing the legends series on the psn.
