Duke Nukem Forever: Balls of Steel Edition Announced. BEST CE NAME EVER!

The occasion of Duke Nukem Forever being released is a joyous one that should be celebrated with beer, junk food, parties and other such lively things.  I’m sure we here at Shogun Gamer will have something planned for the release of Duke Nukem Forever, but everyone else can celebrate the occasion if they wish with the recently announced Duke Nukem Forever: Balls of Steel Edition.

Taking the same tongue-in-cheek humor that the Duke Nukem series is known for, this special edition of DNF includes all things that are great, which basically means it has a whole lot of stuff involving Duke and how he’s awesome. Available exclusively through Amazon and GameStop in North America, the DNF: Balls of Steel Edition not only includes the highly anticipated video game, but a series of poker chips, dice, playing cards (Duke Strip Poker FTW) some postcards graced with the gorgeous visage of Duke, an art book, a comic book (Duke loves the comics) and a sticker so you can plop on your laptop, locker or car.

But the thing that really makes the Balls of Steel Edition worth owning, even at the high cost of $100, is the bust of Duke Nukem – which in classic Duke style is keeping things classy by having a stone/marble look to it. The only thing that's I'm sad to see missing from the Balls of Steel Edition is the inclusion of a making-of documentary, which given the history of DNF would've made for an intriguing watch.

All of the awesome contained in the Duke Nukem Forever: Balls of Steel Edition will be made in limited quantities (an exact number wasn’t shared) so if you’re a huge fan of Duke Nukem you may want to pre-order your  version of Balls of Steel but they’re all snatched up.

Duke Nukem Forever: Ball of Steel Edition will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on May 3rd, the same day as the regular version of Duke Nukem Forever drops.
