Fist-Bump or Bitch Slap: Hotz or Lieberman

This is the love/hate relationship between the video game industry and myself. Every week I will pick someone who gets my Fist-bump for doing a good deed, someone who gets my undesirable Bitch-Slap for doing something wrong (or just something that pisses me off), and I'll share my experience/opinion along the way.

George Hotz, you crazy S.O.B.! You’ve unlocked the achievement granting you the FIST-BUMP gamer picture.

After the crap that Hotz has gone through with this Sony debacle, one would assume that white flags are on the horizon, but to the contrary. This past week Hotz has uploaded a video on the web that is simply a rap. Hotz does quite a great job at this “rap” and is very vigilante and daring. “You’re F***ing with the dude who has the keys to your safe” exclaims Hotz in his song.

I find that this video is not only hilarious, but it also may just fuel the fire that Hotz needs to remove his rectum from the burning sensation of Sony’s wrath. To view the video go HERE. I love the PS3 box in the background.

I triumphantly honour Carole Lieberman with my tea bag shaped BITCH-SLAP this week for her belligerent ignorance.

In this past week Lieberman added more words into the war against video games.  Like many of my recent slaps, there is a constant stream of crap aimed at the video game industry from the general media. The self prescribed “media physiatrist” announced that she has evidence violent games such as the upcoming Epic title Bulletstorm inspire rape. Yeah, rape. Now that this bomb has been dropped, Lieberman has successfully f-ed herself and opened the floodgates to nerd-rage canyon.

Lieberman has since been trashed on all major gaming fronts as well as receiving numerous bad reviews for her published work on Amazon. In recent attempts to gain clarification by the folks at Wired, Lieberman failed to give any details as to anything that could make the connection. These allegations have no palpable means to be included in any argument (there shouldn’t be this argument in the first place).
