More action filled Yakuza PSP screens

To say that I have a soft spot for brutal violence is a bit of an understatement.  My enjoyment of seeing dudes get the crap kicked out of them is of course just limited to the world of video games, so I’m not one of those crazy people. Or at least that’s what I like to think.

The Yakuza series may not be known as a game that features brutal action but it is. While the action isn’t overly graphic, it is hard hitting with the animation and special finishing move flourishes.  The hard hitting action of the Yakuza series is on display in this new batch of screens for Black Leopard: A New Yakuza Tale.  Previously we’ve seen what the game looks like (including a look at a buxom lady) and once again these screens show how damn crisp the game is. Like, looking at these screens makes me want to have Yakuza PSP in my life immediately.

And maybe it’s just me, but I just love the style of the game.  Japanese dudes in black & gold jumpsuits, guys doing air kicks and head stomps, along with just being sharp as hell visually makes me want to start a petition immediately to see that Yakuza PSP gets a North American release.

Black Leopard: A New Yakuza Tale is set for a September release in Japan.
