After three games this generation the Ratchet & Clank franchise is changing things up a bit for its fourth installment, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One. Announced last month at Gamescom, R&C: All 4 One once again features the titular heroes but this time they’re accompanied by the bumbling fools that are Captain Quark and Dr. Nefarious. Featuring online play for up to 4-players, All 4 One retains the core style of the franchise while adding a few multiplayer centric mechanics.
Some of those new multiplayer mechanics can be seen in this new developer walkthrough video. The stage featured in the new walkthrough video is the same demoed at Gamescom so we aren’t getting an entirely fresh look at the game. Nonetheless I’m impressed with what Insomniac Games Carolina has done with All 4 One so far since it looks beautiful and gameplay wise everything looks smooth.
Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One is set for release next year.

The MP looks fun. Didn't think the whole campaign would be MP.
